Hey there, please this is for Australians who had an affiliate membership with Amazon. Last year after I've been a member with Amazon for 7 years for not a specific reason Amazon closed my account affiliate account. I would like you to let me know if this happened to you as well. And some affiliate sites in the USA didn't even let me join making up some excuse. Please if other Australian internet marketers had the same happen to them let me know.

Hi Josiffrank,

AFAIK, Amazon banned PPC traffic a few years ago and maybe they did not detect you earlier. (Look it up in their T&C.) Hence if you have had an active AdWords account, it might have been the cause. If you had not, the query is off topic.


Look for "Prohibited Paid Search Placement" in their Associates Program Operating Agreement that you most probably violated.
