Agency Access

Hi Group -

I have Google Analytics set-up with my email address.

My ad agency created a separate adwords account.

I want to connect my analytics account with their adwords account.

I received an invitation for access to their adwords account.

When attempting to sign into that adwords account, it said my email address was already associated with an account.

I checked my "products" and it had adwords already set-up.

Is there a way to turn off my adwords account so I can sync-up my analytics account with their adwords account?

Hi Jrod,

What you need to do is disassociate the email address from that older adwords account.

I assume if you log into adwords, you'll have access to this 'older' account?

As long as you have admin access you'll be able to free up your email address so it can be used with a new Adwords account.

You'll need to invite and assign an alternative (new) email address as an admin on the old Adwords account, then remove the email address from the old account that you want to move over to the new account.

This should free up your email address.

Hope this helps!

I do not know who you are, or why you would be setting up gmail accounts under my name. I also do not appreciate you using jrod as a member name or you impersonating me.

I did.

I do not know who the other or first jrod is, but that person is not the primary account holder.
