My AdWord campaign says it has been 'approved', but the speech bubble next to it says that it is not currently showing, with a big red 'NO' next to it. Under 'reasons why', it simply says 'we currently can't determine why your ad isn't showing'. Any ideas?

Thanks

If everything is fine then it should work.

Or test with manual bidding and use bids as per the top of page bid.

Hi @Ruth R,

There may be several reasons for this.

Use the Ad preview tool to know the exact reason for not triggering the ads.

Hi Archit,

I've tried that, it's not showing up?

Here's a screenshot of the status bubble: screenshot blooloopLIVE Asia 2017.jpg

The location won't move from 'loading'.

Thanks again

Ruth

Hi Ruth,

When you have created your ads?

when you have signed up for Google AdWords/ when you have added the billing details?

Is the bids high enough to the top of 1st page?

Is the targeting not very restricted?

Is the budget good enough in comparison to the Avg. CPC?

 Right,

- The Ad was created this morning, 3/4 hours ago

- I signed up and sorted my billing details out also 3/4 hours ago (the payment details haven't been declined as far as I can tell)

- I think so yes, when I look through the 'opportunities' tab about Account Health Score for Search it says that I'm 'using first page bids for high quality keywords'

- I need to target people from a range of countries so I'm not sure?

- It says my Avg. CPC is £0.00 (I assume because the campaign isn't running yet?)

Thanks so much

Ruth

Hi,

There are chances that your Adwords account is still under review for billing verification.

How will I know if that's the case?

Thanks

It should be highlighted at the top of the AdWords UI.

Access the billing tab and check if there is any such alert.

Even the Ad preview tool also displays the same if the ads are not triggering due to account under review.

Have you checked the ads tab, are the ads approved or under review?

There are no alerts

The ad has been approved, but still has this information -blooloopLIVE Asia 2017.jpg

I have invoices set up within the billing tab, and this is how my summary looks within that billing tab - payment.jpg

(I've blurred out payment details, but there IS a card registered to the account and all the info is correct)

Thank you for being so helpful

ALSO the campaign itself is 'eligible (learner)'
