After a few phone calls to support I got escalated and the tech explain my Adwords stopped due to redirects on the landing pages.

Anyone have any more info of how I can fix this

Adwords ran for about an hour and saw some impressions before it stopped.

When I called they said it was because of redirects and page performance.

Have you checked the speech bubble? You'd see a reason for disapproval.

Showing ads right now?
No
This keyword is not running because it points to a URL that has been suspended for site policy. Please review our landing page policies and make the appropriate updates to your website to allow your keyword to start triggering ads again. What can I do?

Hi Lautermilch,

Here's the Google Speed test URL for your landing page:

http://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Ffundingalts.com%2Fgravity-la...

The score doesn't look all that bad. It also shows no redirects. Because it's a WordPress site, you won't be able to fix everything it suggests, like moving css and javascript.

Score for Mobile is 71/100, for Desktop is 83/100. I usually shoot for 85/100 or better. Oh, and the User Experience score for Mobile is 100/100. Can'tget any better than that.

You can fix the caching of js and css by setting a longer expire date. At five minutes, the browser could be re-loading these files during the same session. The tool marks you down if expiration is less than 10 days. You can fix the image optimization. You may be able to minify css and js. But there's not much you can do about the server response time other than to change providers. Shared servers (shared among many websites, not only yours) tend to respond slowly. Servers located at ISP's with insufficient bandwidth will respond slowly. And WP itself can cause performance issues.

Was your web site down for any period of time after starting your campaign? That seems to be the indication from your last message.

Best of Luck!

I called for a refund and the tech explained how to get one. I had $5 in clicks used.

Chat mode with tech and found out there is a problem. When the site is accessed by IP address it gives a page not found error. So I will get that fixed.

Hi Lautermilch,

Welcome to the Community!

Looks like the ad is disapproved for a policy violation. Could you go the ads tab and mouse over the speech bubble to identify the policy in violation? We can then work on making appropriate changes to the website, so it is compliant with policies. Screenshot of speech bubble here.

Cheers,

Sumanth

I have no idea what you mean. I did open the ad, copied the display URL, pasted it, and went to the correct website, did the same for the ad URL, and it did the same.

Please give us policy disapproval details.
Visit your account's Ads tab. Click the Columns button in the toolbar. Click Customize columns and click Add next to "Policy details." You'll see a Policy details column in your Ads tab and details there about why your ads are disapproved.

'Site not working'
Is the a benchmark that I can test the web page loading time?

UPDATE - The web hosting company added compression and I am getting a grade B on GTmetrix
http://gtmetrix.com/reports/fundingalts.com/POcixMjU
So I am going to call Adwords again and see if they can get it approved now.
