Greetings,

I received an email for a $150 credit in Adwords, I have reactivated a campaign and would like to apply the credit. However, I do not see where to do so.

Please advise.

generally, do not apply any coupon to a reactivated campaign,
unless the ad-account was created within the last 14-days --
applying most coupons to an ad-account that was created
more than 14-days ago, or not meeting all the specific
coupon's rules, is a rather serious policy violation and

grounds for a (permanent) suspension, from any and
all advertising with google.

just because an email was sent with a valid coupon-code,

does not necessarily mean that the coupon can be used --

most coupons are sent rather blindly and not tied to, or

cognizant of, a specific ad-account's details.

most coupons are simply an incentive for new users -- to create
an ad-account and actively create ads within a specific time frame,
who have never, ever, tried any advertising with google before --
rather than savings on existing or reactivated advertising.

of course, check the coupon details against

the ad-account -- there are some exceptions.

check all the details *before* applying the coupon/voucher.

Hi Laura,

Most all promotional codes have very specific rules for use and a timeline to use them. Typically they have to be added to the account within the first 20 days... and if they were given specifically to a business they cannot be used with another. However, there are a lot of different types, depending on country, so your situation could be different.

With that said, go to your AdWords account, click on Billings & Payments (gear icon in upper right hand corner) then look in the left hand menu stack and click on Settings and then scroll to bottom of page.

Kind Regards,

James
