AdWords scheduling

I want my AdWords campaign to run on certain days of the week, all day long.  It should run from midnight to midnight.  When I start a schedule by day, the default hours are 00:00 to 00:00.  Do the defaults mean it will run all day?  Or does 00:00 to 00:00 mean it stops and starts instantly, doesn't run at all?
