AdWords homepage (Google Grants account) is frozen. Tells me to refresh but this does nothing.

Successfully applied for a Google Grants account and was told it had been reviewed and should now be active. However for a few works continued to display request for billing information. This is now gone, but now whenever i log in I see an error message was saying 'There was a problem with your operation' asking me to reffresh the page, but this does nothing! If I dismiss the error message, I receive another saying 'Experiencing network connectivity problems. Please wait'. However this doesn't go away however long I wait. My network connectivity on all other sites including Gmail and Google Analytics is fine and very fast. As a result of these problems my charity hasn't been able to use AdWords at all since being awarded an accounnt over a month ago, and despite setting up approved ads, ad groups and keywords.

Any help much appreciated!

Hello and welcome,

It looks to me the issue with your browser or may be some internet connection.

Did you try clearing the cookies, cache and then login again to see if the same error comes back?

Did you try using a different computer to login into your Google Grants account?

Did you try using Google Chrome to login into your account?

Make sure you are not logged in into some another google account while logging into Adwords. If you are then first log out from that google account and then login into Google Grants account and see if it works or not.

Lastly I would advice you to look into dedicated Google Grants forum for further possibilities and explore it. This is the link.

I hope that helps!
