AdWords account stopped working

A few days ago all my ads stopped being displayed.

I wonder, what is the problem?

 

I have more than 100$ credit remaining, my end date for all the campaigns in my account are set for NONE, my keywords are eligible and my ads are approved. Everything is green and shiny except the fact that my campaigns aren't running.

I tried to contact Google AdWords team through the telephone number for my country (Romania) but it seems it's not working.

 

I don't know what to do next . Can you please advise me?

Hello.

 

As a first test, hover over one of your best performing keywords' speech bubble and check if your account is not under review. You should see a message stating whether your ads are running or not, and in case they're not running, usually there's a hint as to why they're not running.

I hovered over a high performing keyword and this is what I get:

The keyword phrase doesn't currently trigger any of your ads. What can I do?

Keyword relevance: No problems
Landing page quality: No problems
Landing page load time: No problems

 

 

I have tried the Ad Preview and Diagnosis and nothing.... There is no hint anywhere.
