AdWords access problem: "No account found with that email address"
Our Adwords account was set up a year ago (I have the confirmation messages and the account ID), but when I try to log in with that email I get "No account found with that email address". How do I access my account if the primary email address has been changed or is wrong?

Try following these steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Go to Google.com and click on the sign in button
- Go then to adwords.google.com and click sign in at the top right of your screen
You should then be automatically directed into the account associated with the email address you used to sign into Google. Let me know if you're still having trouble with this and I can get one of our AdWords support team to get in touch to help you resolve it.
