Ad rejection

Hello,

After several days of waiting for my ad to be approved I recieved a message saying it was not approved.

The reason for disapproval is:

====================
Disapproval Reason
====================
Grammar and Spelling: Grammar & Spelling: Per the 'Ad Style & Grammar'
section of our Editorial Guidelines, your ad text must be in logical
sentence or phrase form and should include correct spelling.

My ad is not a text ad, but an image banner. It contains my brand name and an expression, the writing is not in English.

My brand name is a combination of two words, and I'm guessing that's what caused the issue.

Who do I talk to to get that approved?

P.S Google is also a misspelled (Googol)

Hi Aviran,

Never came across such an ad reject reason for an image ad.

But I suspect the content on the image is the issue here, as you said - the writing is not in English.

As that is part of your brand name, you may get an exception after filing an exception request.
