Hello,

Did you follow this help center reference to create your location extensions: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404182?hl=en

What is current status of your location extensions? Approved or not?

Did you check the actual stats by going into the Ad Extensions Tab and looking at the data? You need to segment the data here by click type and This Extension vs. Other for more insights.

Let us know if that helps!

Important info below:

Company name requirements

Accurate company name: The company name that you use in your location extension must accurately reflect the company located at the address you enter.
No excessive capital letters: Your company name shouldn't be in all capital letters unless your company name is normally spelled in all capital letters. For example, spelling Google as "GOOGLE" isn't allowed, but spelling GMC as "GMC" is allowed.
No unauthorized trademarks: We don't allow any trademarked terms in the company name unless the trademark owner has requested authorization and we've approved the use of that trademark.

Address requirements

Accurate business address: Your ad must promote the business at that address or be affiliated with that address. For example, if your business is in Manchester, England, your ad must promote that business in Manchester, England. If your address is located in Manchester, England, you can't promote a business in France.
Location owner's approval: If you're not the primary owner of the business location, you'll need to get the owner's approval before using its address.
Relevant text for all locations: If your business has multiple locations, your ad text must be relevant for each business address used in your ad. For example, if you're advertising your business that has locations in Manchester and London, your ad text must be relevant for both locations.
No excessive capital letters: Your address shouldn't contain excessive capital letters, like "123 STREET AVE."
Supported countries: Location extensions currently aren't available in all countries. The address you enter in your location extension must be located in one of our supported countries.

If you have a concern about advertisers using your business address, please contact us.
Unacceptable businesses

At this time, we don't allow certain types of businesses to have location extensions. Examples include:

Casinos and gambling
Healthcare and medicines
Alcohol

Vineesh..
