Ad group export leaves out keywords

Hi,

I'm downloading my Ad group ideas with over 8000 keywords (the export dialog states this correct number). But the resulting .csv file only contains under 1000 keywords. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Ad group ideas are in the keyword planner. I tested this and it gives the same result .

Unfortunately I do not know why but I tend to download up to 500 keyword ideas at a time to avoid it and if duplicates exist I use the Excel filters for unique values per column.

Hi Marko,
Where are you downloading from? If from the Interface, I suggest you use Google AdWords Editor. A lot of time when you export from the Interface, it could only be pulling the rows on the that are on the screen at the time.

When you download from AdWords Editor, it will give you all keywords an you can export right to a spreadsheet.

thanks. I was indeed using Keyword Planner - sorry I forgot to mention it. I checked on other forums and it seems that a lot of people see this limitation of 800 keywords. it may be due to the fact that my account has no history.
