I keep getting a call tracking 1300 number disapproved inside of my ad extensions. I then request approval and it works for a few days then becomes disapproved 

Call tracking company say they have never had this issue before

Did you check the call extensions policy here https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/1054212?hl=en

 

There might a case that the way you are trying to use the number is not meeting the policy guidelines. If that's not the case, then you will have to contact AdWords support directly and get this resolved.

The number which is a 1300 number is answered directly by the company that is using the number in the adwords campaign

Do you have adwords email support for direct response

have you verified it?  If not, an easy way to do so is to add the remarketing code and/or conversion tracking code associated with the account in question to the website you are sending Adwords traffic to.

What kind of call extensions are you using - Standard or call forwarding call extensions? In what country?
