Account suspension but no reason given

Hi there,

 

We have had our adwords account suspended and we are not clear on the reasons why. The policy team suspended us over a week ago (the 10th of May) but have not given our account management team any instructions on why we were suspended.

 

We made a number of amendments to our site based on a standard email that we were sent and everything on the site now seems to be compliant.

 

We have to report back to our investors on what is happening and we have nothing to tell them. We would dearly like the policy team to provide clear instructions to our account management team on what happens next as we are very happy to make changes to the site or ads in order that they meet the policies set down by the team.

 

We would be extremely grateful if someone could help us. Is there anything you can do?

Did the notification email give any indication for the reason of suspension? (What Policy clause was violated?)

Could you share your URL with us?

Thanks for you reply and for thinking about our issue. At this stage we are hoping to have someone from Google reply to us as this is a commercially sensitive matter.

 

Unfortunately the policy reason is not known by us.
