Hi Yessica,

Welcome to the adwords forums and the platform itself. Unfortunately there is no quick way to learn to adwords. You are going to have to do a ton of reading and testing for yourself. Another area of concern is that the financial verticals do tend be tougher than other verticals due to high competition, so you need that edge to excel.

I would suggest starting here:

Another important early aspect is account structure which you can learn about here:

Go through as many articles as you can on the help center and using the forums extensively when there is something you do not understand. Start with the basics and build a solid foundational understanding of the platform and you should do just fine.

Good Luck

Hi Yessica, first and foremost if you're a complete newbie, you should appreciate that AdWords is not something you can learn quickly and even once you have learned the basics it will take quite some time before you'll be proficient in its use.  Bear in mind your responsibility to the company to provide a decent service.

That said, the best place to start is here:

https://support.google.com/adwords/topic/3374694?hl=en

this page is designed for new advertisers and includes links to pretty much everything you'll need to understand to get you started.  I would recommend spending a decent amount of time in the Help centre before you attempt to build your Campaign structure and, once you do, to start with a limited budget, regardless of what spend you're actually permitted, to allow you to monitor and tune the Account for performance while spending is low.

Above all else, you must ensure you have some means of measuring success.  This may be a sign-up or simply a completed contact form, but you must put some form of conversion goal into the system.

I'd also recommend that you edit your original post to remove the company name as this is a public forum.
