I have two business pages because one is old and one is current, but my old page is where my reviews are located. But I am the same person for both businesses - how can I merge my reviews to my new page?

I did look at the page on moving reviews across listings at https://support.google.com/business/answer/3098204, but none of those options seemed to apply to me (same person, same company, different name of the company). I don't want my reviews removed!

Hi Maria, 

You shouldn't have any trouble getting those reviews moved to your new profile. Just out of curiosity though, why are there two? Did you move and make a new one, or just rebrand? It can make it harder for customers to find you if you have two profiles floating around, especially if they both have your phone number. What you should really do, is get those two listings merged into one. Both listings appear to be verified, do you have control of both? 

If you just want to get the reviews transferred, you should reach out to GMB support on Twitter, and explain the situation. To save them a little time, here's the CID code for your two listings:

old CID:

new CID:

Explain it's the same business, you just created a new profile instead of changing the old one when you rebranded. You should have no trouble getting those reviews moved over. If you control both listings though, update the old one to your current address first (if they're different) and ask them to just merge the two profiles instead, that's what I'd do. 


You can also request a call from support (when available) by filling out this form., or by contacting support from within your Google My Business dashboard. To that, click on the three horizontal line menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Support". A menu will then drop down on the right side of the screen and there will be options listed under "Contact Us".
