questions about listing and verifying my business

I am in the process of trying to list my business.  I have a mailing address that is different from my physical address.  There is no mailbox at my physical address.  I don't see a way to list a separate mailing address for any verification papers to be sent.

My business is custom ornamental ironwork and only open to customers by appointment.  There is no way to show this on the hours of operation.  Suggestions?

You will still need to request the postcard to go to the physical address of the business even if you know you won't receive it. 14 days after you have requested the postcard you can contact support and they will help you complete the verification process. Please read this article for more info about the process.


To contact support after the 14 days:


You can request a call from support (when available) by filling out this form.

You can also contact support from within your Google My Business dashboard if you click on the three horizontal line menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Support". A menu will then drop down on the right side of the screen and there will be options listed under "Contact Us".

Another option is to contact support through social media:
Via Facebook or Twitter
