My business is awarded 3.5 stars because a malevolent, non existent  "costumer" gave two stars to our business. This "person" has never visited our business and still our rating is low due to this "person's" critique. How can this be corrected?

yo can flag the reveiw only.

But since Google is unable to verify the "nature" of the reviewer being or not being oyur customer they wont take any action - IMHO
