Hello, is it ok to add your email address to a response to a customer who leaves a negative review asking the reviewer to contact you so you can get their issue sorted out?

you always should be able to answer like
"please contact us via [yourmailname] -at- [yourdomainname] -dot- [TLD]"

Like " info -at- helphound -dot- com "

Thanks Helmut, is that because Google don't allow a 'proper' email address format in a post or is it to prevent spam bots using the address (or maybe both?!)

Sorry John I read your question as asking about a "how" and I gave you one.
Since I never replied with an email inside my response but knowing Google
blocks or is filtering any kind of mentioning of domains insider a review
like helphound.com would be one I made my advice.
Feel free to try it as you like it looking better.
