Wrong Knowledge Panel shows up on Search and has one user review

Hello,

we have a Problem with the info that shows up on Google regarding one of our stores. Briefly described:

- we have a verified profile for this store: https://plus.google.com/113099069407121180009/
- a user made a review of our shop, but this review is not associated with our google business page
- as a result (I assume), when a search about this specific store is made, an empty Knowledge Panel shows up with only a link to this review, instead of our Knowledge Panel, with shows a few Photos (thumbnails), business ours, etc.

As an illustration, the following searches:

- joseph brot 1190
- joseph brot obkirchergasse
- joseph brot döbling

result in this (wrong) Knowledge Panel:

Google Search

Is there a way to merge this review with our business page, so that the right Knowledge Panel shows up on Search? Or do we have first to claim this (duplicate) business entry?

Thanks in advance.

PS - I've found out now that the same info from this duplicate Knowledge Panel also shows up when searching on Google Maps

1. Full business name: Joseph Brot - Obkirchergasse
2. Current business address: Obkirchergasse 37-39 1190 Wien
3. Current telephone number: 01 7102881
4. Google+ URL: https://plus.google.com/113099069407121180009/

.

 Joseph Brot

lets now continue in English as then other users can better understand

Although and In case you prefer German you can start a thread in our German forum (its up to you)

For the Oberkirchergasse 37 there are in fact two listings:

Here their links in MapMaker

the claimed one is Joseph Brot (a GMaps link would be maps.google.at/?cid=9296115501534501961) and the unclaimed one is Joseph Brot (a GMaps link would be maps.google.at/?cid=5074815922598700722 and this contains the one review of "Herr Watzi")

I think this weird duplicate shouldn't be there and you should try to get both listings merged at first.

I recommend to contact business support to get this done asap

Servus,
