Why is Google My Business wanting to set up a new Business Page?

I have a personal G+ page and an existing Brand Business Page http://prntscr.com/9cdgth

Next I click on 'Location' and then 'Manage Location' http://prntscr.com/9cdhd7

Why does it then set up a new Brand Business Page when I already have one? http://prntscr.com/9cdhq6

Is there a way to connect the two as I already have Analytics connected to it and regularly post to the existing Business Page.  Or does it mean that I'll have to post to both of them? Isn't that confusing to the customer?

Verification:  I am connected to Google Webmaster tools but that option didn't show up so I couldn't verify straight away. Is there an additional step to verify by Webmaster tools?

I want to add a location so that a map pops up on the right hand side of a google search.

Help appreciated - thanks!

Hi James,
It appears that you have a brand page, and a local page. These can indeed be merged. But, the local page needs to be verified and on maps first.

To verify the local listing, you will need to have a card mailed to you.

But, before we can answer these questions. Can you link to all the pages you currently manage?

Thanks Ben for getting back so quickly.
Re question - I believe so. When I'm in G+ I can go to Pages and it's there.
Will go through the process to verify the listing.
