What's the name given to the highlighted text and how do I change it?

Hi. Can anyone explain how to change the text highlighted on the image attached (I'm sorry, but I don't know what the piece of text is called in Google-speak'). This is one of our stores and appears if you search for 'J&S portsmouth' in Google.

Articles on Google suggest that it was removed from MyBusiness and only editable in Google+ but changing the text in Google+ doesn't appear to have any effect.

Thanks.

Hi Stuart

This is known as an editorial summary and is created by Google's curation team. More information here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6088158?hl=en

You can report issues (incorrect descriptions) via this form: https://support.google.com/business/contact/business_glance_summary but as Google mentions they won't change descriptions for being unclear or negative
