We have two companies located at the same address and only one shows up on google maps. The one that is showing up (Bargain Bytes) is our online business and does not need to show up on the map. The one we would like to show up (SEAM) is setup as a place, but it not showing up. How can we prioritize SEAM so that it shows up on the map instead of Bargain Bytes?

Companies: Bargain Bytes and Secure Enterprise Asset Management (SEAM)

Same Address: 705 E 48th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Phone: (605) 274-7326

Map URL:

Hi Marissa,

Are you the owner of both of these listings in Google My Business? (SEAM: https://goo.gl/maps/bfYeRGBNLDK2  Bargain Bytes: https://goo.gl/maps/2sEN6rJDXhP2)  If so it will be a relatively easy procedure.

1. Update the Bargain Bytes listing to match the SEAM listing in each field (business name, phone number, website)

2. Record both of the URLs above.

3. Remove one or the other from the account. Removing the listing from the account will not cause the listing to be deleted from Maps, however, as the listing information will be the same you'll be able to have them merged. I would suggest removing the SEAM listing as the Bargain Bytes listing has a review.

4. Submit a request to Google to merge the listings.

There are several options for contacting Google although I would recommend Facebook or Twitter. Alternatively, there is a form here: https://support.google.com/business/contact/social_contact?ctx=10842158

I hope this helps!
