Was made a manager of a page, but I can't manage

My client made me a manager of his Google My Business page. When he logs in, it shows that I'm a manager. I've received no invitation to manage his page and when I log into Google My Business, I have no pages listed. We must have missed a step somewhere, but I don't know how to figure that out. Client doesn't want to hand me the log-in for the account, so I can't dig around on his side and find out what happened, and I don't know where to tell him to go. Help/suggestions?

Hi @Keisha P

 

Are you logging in with the same account that was given access? Sometimes people do mistakenly log in with different accounts.

 

If your client can provide a screenshot of the Managers area to confirm that you are listed there, that would be helpful.
