Under New Management

Hello Google,


Our Company recently changed hands, and I've been asked to convert our presence on google. I have two questions:


1) The old manager of the google business made me a manager of the page, but he asked to be removed as the "owner". How can I accomplish this?


2) The reviews for the business are old irrelevant to our current business model. How can I remove the reviews are start over?

1) The "owner" has one more step - follow and he can make any manager the owner.

2) Unless it's a brand new type of business at that location (for example, the old business was a hair salon and the new business is a dentist) a change of ownership does reset the reviews. Here are the basic rules:
