Unable to verify My Business listing due to change of adress[ Edited ]

I am trying to claim a business in order to update a new business address and telephone number.
However, in order to claim the business i need to verify, but the system wants to call me at the old number or send a postcard to the old address. I am stuck trying to resolve this - any help to overcome would be appreciated.
Business Name: Insight Now Limited
Business Website Insightnow.co.uk
Old business address: 31-35 Kirby Street
New business address: 31 Southampton Row, Holborn, London, WC1B 5HJ
New business telephone number: 020 3585 1645

- Select >> Own this Business or Claim this Business
- Select >> I am authorized to represent this business
- DO NOT select to verify
- Select >> Small blue Verify Later link
- Business account details will open
- Select >> Info Section
- Correct Address and any other details
- You can now select to be Verify the business listing
Unable to verify My Business listing due to change of adress
I have followed your instructions and the address and telephone number have updated on the business account pages. However, a message says "Your edits won't appear on Google until you verify your business." so when i select to "verify now", it still brings back the old address and phone number.
Any ideas if i can get around this?
