Unable to reply to a review due to site error

I keep trying to reply to a review of our business and I get an error message saying "Sorry, we are having some issues at the moment.  Please try again later."  It's been 5 days and I still can't reply.  We have verified our business and I can't get a help form to go through for either phone or email assistance.  Live chat is disabled.  How can I get help fixing this?

I'm afraid I don't have any good specific advice, but if you haven't yet, you should try Google's twitter support. That generally works better than calling in.
