Good evening, my company is Hertfordshire Football Association; located at The County Ground, Baldock Road, Letchworth Garden City, United Kingdom, SG6 2EN.

Google search displays the wrong image next to the business page that appears on the right side of the results.

This image is of a public recreation ground opposite our business. You can clearly see the floodlights & stand of our business in the background of the picture taken by Anna Ivantsiv.

This image misrepresents Hertfordshire Football Association in a very negative way, as we're a branch of The FA, and the governing body for football in the county of Hertfordshire, a picture of a dilapidated local authority pitch sends the opposite message that we wish to convey.

Unfortunately I cannot edit these photos on my Google business page, and have flagged the image more times than I care to remember, however there has been no action taken at all. I've also moved the pin of our address to show that our business is across a main road from the recreation ground where the image was taken.

Can you please help??

Thank you for your time!

She is a Level 5 Local maps guide, so I think she we be more then understanding in your "Polite Request" to remove the photo, even ask her to come take some great pictures of your actual location and Pitch.

Thanks for your comments Eric, they're much appreciated.

I have tried to reach out to Anna via Google + on May 7th, however she's yet to respond. Today I've added a discussion post to her Google + group, and also sent Anna a message via LinkedIn.

If Anna does not respond to these messages, is there any other action you might recommend?
