Unable to remove photo "by customer"

I find it extremely disturbing that anyone can post photos to MY Business account and I am unable to remove them.  Someone has posted multiple pictures to my account but they are actually pictures of an antique store next door to me.  HOW can I remove them??

Hi Tara,

 

The first thing to do would be to flag the images. 

You can do this via Google Maps.

Bring up your business, then click on the photos.

Find the image(s) in question, and click on one.

In the upper left hand corner is a box with text and three vertical dots.  

Click the dots, click report a problem, pick the option and fill out your details.

 

If the images haven't been actioned in three or four weeks, post back and I'll escalate this.

Thankfully I found this post before writing my own. It would be helpful if there were instructions in the automated email for how to flag a picture that has been posted.
