Unable to add a manager to a Business Account

We have created a couple of business accounts within Google My Business for ease of management of our listings through our group of companies.

 

Previously I was able to add other people to help manage the listings within these accounts.

 

But now when I try to add a new person the invite button cannot be clicked, it is greyed out. I have tried all variations of email addresses, but without success.

I would like to see a screenshot showing at least one or even two steps before the white "add new users" windows poped up.
And is the business account in question (I suppose it's the middle one of the three visible business accounts) a verified account? (see lower left corner of the business account "CVS Group Plc")

Thanks - Google support resolved this. Notice there is no ability to select a role for the user. Some browser conflict. Once this was showing I could select a role and add a user.
