Unable to Access Google Business Account
Only one staff member is able to access the Google account for the small business, French Novelty. No one is able to access the business account to respond to reviews and manage the business page. The response to the inability to access the account from Google says, "We're sorry, you don't have access to this service. Please contact your domain administrator for access."

Thanks for writing! I would recommend that the one person who has access go ahead and add any other applicable users as listing managers. You can read more about how to do that here.
