Two business locations merging to one new office

Hello,

We are a real estate company that currently has two locations in Gainesville, FL. In two weeks, we will be moving to a new office and merging the offices together under one roof. So far, I have managed two separate Google My Business pages for each of the locations. I am not sure what to do now that we will have one office instead of two and it will be a new address. I am not sure if I should "close" one of the locations and update the other with the new address since we are not technically closed, we are just moving. Also, one of our profiles has a lot of reviews and I don't want to lose those. Please guide me on my next steps, thanks.

Hi @Viki C

You can't do this ahead of time, only do this ones you are in the new office.

So you have 2 business pages at the moment.

Viki Real Estate Office A

Viki Real Estate Office B

When you have moved to the new combined location: Viki Real Estate Office C you want to make sure your website reflects all the new details, address, tel number etc.

Go into your dashboard >> https://business.google.com/manage/

Go to >> Office A

And Change the Name ( if name change )

Add the new address

Add the new tel number

It may request that you verify again, if so, request verification.

Go to >> Office B

Page Settings >> Delete

Then contact business support and request that Office B ( now unverified in Maps ) be marked as MOVED to the new Office C page ( Old A page )

Business Support:

https://support.google.com/business/contactflow

Tim, I got as far as deleting Page B. I have gone to the support/contactflow page but I do not see where I can let someone know that the page needs to be moved to Page C. Can you elaborate on that step?
