Two Google Maps locations for one business

Hello,

We made a Google Maps Places page for our business some ages ago but then a reviewer made a new one, obviously by mistake.

The problem is that the second one gathered some good reviews too which I would like to keep and not just go and delete the page.
I claimed and verified that too and now we own two Location pages in the maps with in a few "millimeters" distance, same name-same every info and two almost identical Google business pages..

Is it possible to merge both into one?
I send an email to Google technicians to merge them, but haven't received any answer yet.

Thanks in advance for any help/info

would you please mind providing links to each of both businesses?

Thanks for your answer!

The one we made is https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/106660117473854952261/+ChinasGr/about/p/pub

the other one is https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/104950423488428291224/104950423488428291224/about/p/pub

There's a lot of confusion behind this, the most recent I came upon is that managers of the pages or simple employees who upload photos, upload in the "duplicate", we also lose reviews which could be summed up and such.

We would also like to upgrade our Internet footprint, with a new site and a bit of social push and we would like to make a more "solid" start.

Maybe I should mention we claimed and now own both pages.

IMHO it was not an ideal decision to claim the duplicate (as I understood you did)

Would have been more appropriate to contact business support asking them to merge the unverified one with your business page (as I believe is https://plus.google.com/+ChinasGr/about)

Now and owning two pages

(https://plus.google.com/+ChinasGr & https://plus.google.com/104950423488428291224)

The only option still is to ask business support merging them.

The best way to contact business support:

That is what we did, we claimed the page, at that time we found it the most appropriate think to do ... Our thought was to somehow make them both lead to one.

That was ages ago.
If I remember well, we had then crated a page in Google+  (or Maps first, I can't tell) and there was a restriction for the name "China's" but nothing more specific.
we had a big conversation with Google's technical stuff, never got a straight answer, went with something like China 'ς (that's a Greek "s") and about a year later everything fixed itself.
Maybe it was the duplicate page in Maps that did the "collision" thingy, but wasn't mentioned from Google nor we noticed in Maps.
I understand that all these are just food for thought and philosophical.

I did contact support from the above link and sub "My business appears on Map twice" two or three days ago, but haven't got any answer yet.
Anyway, thank you very much for your time Helmut.

So, is that it? No more suggestions ? The problem is that I have them both under my account?

Don't believe there is much to do without business support.
Maybe you can delete one from your dashboard (it will revert to an unverified page then) and ask later on the business support to handle the unverified one as an unwanted duplicate of the remaining verified page.
But I predict without support you will stuck having two pages.

That's a good thing to know,
if there is no answer by the end of the week, maybe I 'll go that way. I wonder why they didn't already answer though, is that normal?
Thank you once again

I have no idea and experience requesting a call back from support to a Greek Business.
In the USA and in my country Germany they call back almost instantly

Next time I'll try the call back function, maybe it's because I chose to be notified by e-mail.
Maybe it's time to get that all-in-one life too, you know, like kids, sports, pleasure and job... allinone, LOL
Thank you Helmut
