Two Google Business Listings

1) Blue Mountain Heating & Air, Inc.

2) 50 Williams Lane Dahlonega, GA 30533

3) 706-867-0174

4) ?

We recently became aware that there are two Google Business listings for our business and can't figure out why. We had a marketing company help us set up a profile and I believe there probably was a profile set up already? I'm not quite sure.

But, if anyone goes on to Google and searches for "Blue Mountain Heating and Air, Dahlonega, GA" or "Blue Mountain Heating & Air, Dahlonega, GA" they will find a listing without a photo, reviews, our correct name (although last week it just said Blue Mountain Heating & Air - didn't have the Inc.), and it has our old address.

If anyone searches on Google for "Blue Mountain Heating & Air, Inc., Dahlonega, GA" they will find a listing WITH a photo, correct name, website, hours and reviews. Initially the address was correct which is 50 Williams Lane Dahlonega, GA 30533. Now all it says is Dahlonega, GA 30533.

I would prefer for the listing without the photo to be deleted so we just have one listing that has the photo, current info, and reviews. How can I go about deleting the outdated listing? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Lon P

Verified Business Page:

You should have access to this as it is verified.

The reason it does not have the full address displayed, is because it is marked as a serviced area business ( I serve customers at their location ) which is correct.

The unverified maps listing I found was this:

What you need to do, is contact business support.

Ask them to mark the unverified Map listing as MOVED  >> into the Verified Lisiting  >>

Contact Business Support

OR - Go to Dashboard >> Manage Location

Top Right ( Hamburger Menu ) >> Support

Contact Business Support.png

Select Support >> Help Menu Pops Up

Scroll Down to Email

Contact Business Support Email and Call Back.png

Fill in the details >> Request Call Back or Email
