Two Businesses at Same Address

Hello I own a Chiropractic office called Ridge Line Chiropractic.

I have two listings on Google business plus locations.

Ridge Line Chiropractic and Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC

Both have the same address.

I called google to see if they would merge the accounts, because the Ridge Line Chiropractic

listing dissappeared 3 months ago if you search "Chiropractors Lone Tree CO".

They said they cannot merge the accounts.  They said they are not competing agains each other and the "Ridge Line Chiropractic" was not a duplicate listing.

I don't always trust these people on the phone.  Is this correct?

Can I find out why they dropped Ridge Line Chiropractic and kept Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC?

Is there a way to find out if one is duplicate?

Please help!

Two remarks please @Jonathon M:

I can't see or understand why Google dropped "Ridge Line Chiropractic" preferring instead "Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC"

I get both listings shown up:

"Ridge Line Chiropractic"

"Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC"

But are you aware a third  listing "Ridge"  (in pending status though) and its using also the same phone number as

"Ridge Line Chiropractic" and "Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC"?

from my personal point of view I would consider "Ridge Line Chiropractic" and "Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC" as duplicates as both are using the same websites, Address and Phone number.

But Google Support might consider this for unknown reasons differently as I do.

I'll ask our communication manager about her opinion.

@Jonathon M

Google came back explaining me they would consider

"Ridge Line Chiropractic" as the listing for the your practice while the

consider "Dr. Jonathan Mainieri, DC" as a listing for one of the three practitioners of your business.

Means even your both other staff members could have their own listing and Google would not consider it a duplicate  of  "Ridge Line Chiropractic"

Thanks for understanding
