The ability to have 2nd phone number between certain hours

A medical center with 2.5K locations in the has a issue that they would like to tackle with their visibility on Google maps.

 

Between 8AM and 6PM each locations needs to be called on their regular phone number.

Between 6PM and 8AM there is a 'national customer service' handling urgency telephones.

 

We can add a primary phone number and additional phone number, but how will 'end-consumer' which is in emergency detect which number to dial first?

as far as I know you can add a second phone number to a single listing through your Dashboard (though it will not shown up in the knowlede graph)

I have no experience with Bulk uploaded location and more the one phone per location

Thank you for your response. 

 

I am aware of the possibility that you can add a additional phone number, but this doesn't answer my question regarding the limitation of availability per phone number in between 2 shifts. Primary phone = day shift, additional night shift.

I initially misread the question .

But such "opening hour related tackling" isn't possible
