Hi there,

Our Google Maps listing has been suspended (I am not sure why) and i cannot get it back up running, would be grateful for some advice.

I have tried to re-instate via a "Google My Business local business reinstatement request" however  i have received the email below several times saying that i've incorrectly entered some details.

The information it does not seem to like is:

The public URL of the business page: https://www.google.com.au/maps/place/The+Kooples/@-37.8158569,144.9626899,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!...

(Note: this is a link from another of our pages as the current listing has been suspected)

The google+ link: https://plus.google.com/+TheKooples

This is the email:

Subject line: says: Incorrect Google+ page URL

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Google. However, it appears that you have not entered the URL of your Google+ page correctly.

Please enter the correct URL of your official Google+ page and submit your page for review. We’ll review your page and if it complies with our policies, we’ll lift the suspension.

If you have any further questions, please consult the Google My Business Help Center.

Thanks,

Google My Business Support

Why is this happening and how can i reinstate the page please?

Thanks in advance.

Warmest,

Jess
