Hi,

Our business is showing that it might be Permanently closed in mobile searches, but we are fully open and have always been open with our regular hours.  How can we fix this?  Thank you for your time,

please reread your own writing.

Its subject correctly says: "Someone suggested this status as Permanently closed in Mobile Search

Your provided screen garb doesn't say it differently. Why on earth are you bothering here the forum pretending "Our business is showing that it might be Permanently closed"?

There is  clear difference between saying "it is closed" versus  "informing you and other users" about the bloody fact anyone else made the stupid suggestion you would be closed.
