Hello Guys,i had been in forums and community sites just to ask about local SEO optimization.I have already experiences  in SEO and link building, but i am still eager to learn more.I have one question for all.Is a local business site rank in a targeted  location even its 50 miles far away from business physical address? If possible how to do that?

PS.The website already has rank in the snack pack result when i used to search the keywords+physical address. Now my target to rank in different location away from physical business address. The website is already google and verified, claimed business page, schema, analytic, plugin installed and back links and citations already have some.

Hi Marconie

I'd recommend looking at this article from Google itself which talks about some of the factors they look at in ranking local businesses: https://support.google.com/business/answer/7091?hl=en if you're interested in learning more about local search.

This is also a very good place to start: https://moz.com/local

Now, to answer your question - can a local business rank 50 miles away from its physical address? The answer (at least in my experience) is 'it depends'. Is it the only business of its type that can satisfy the person searching 50 miles away? Is it trusted by Google to provide a good response to the person searching? Has the person searching actually specified a location (that may be closer than your business)? If so, then Google may not show your business.

So, quite a few things to think about and consider. As such I highly recommend looking at the links I've provided to get some ideas and guidance.
