Hello There

I am opening a new store and I am not sure about all this steps I need to make to be in Google.

What I want is this and mabye this community can help me:

  • Google page with my URL (google.com/Example) and verified
  • YouTube page with my URL (YouTube.com/Example)
  • Listed in Google Maps to upload photo

All this item should be linked to one account. I read a lot of post with issue.

So is there anything which goes very easy? I would like to control all from MyBusiness Page?

Could anyone give me some idea how to do it?

Thank you for this.

Hi @Gordon N

This site lays out the differences between Local and Brand pages as well as answering a lot of the questions you have: support.google.com/business

The starting point for getting your business on Maps (if you're a local business) is by creating a listing at business.google.com

Hi @Gordon N

To get started with setting up your business page go here: https://business.google.com/

Please note that you may not get offered a custom URL in the format that you want. The term is actually a bit misleading as you can't really select what goes into the URL - that is determined by Google's algorithm. If you don't like what's being offered, you can only decline and wait for a (hopefully) better offer.

Hello @PriyaC

Thank you for your feedback.
I have seen this page but it does not say what to do in which order to get all points I was looking for.
- Should I add first location on Map?
- Or should I add location in Google My Business or should I add a brand page?
- Does that create Google+ page automatic?
- Does that create YouTube Channel automatic?
- Are all of this linked?
So I hope you see that this is confusing to me. It would be great if the linked site as a guide like step to step.
1. Do this
2. Do this
etc.
I want to setup everything in one row and hope to get url everywhere the same but I do not know where to start.
