Due to an error with our bookings service, bookings were taken over the summer closure period.

A diner left a negative review on their bookings website, and has gone on to suggest we are permanently closed.

Phone calls to google have been made. But new searchers still are being offered the suggestion that we are closed.

We've been open for a month, and the bookings are substantially down on last year.

How can we remove this suggestion to new searchers?

Why can this not be resolved quickly and easily as a business owner?

Any help you can offer would be gratefully accepted as this situation is untenable.

you are not quite correct @Susie W

Searches don't suggest you a re closes.

But searches inform that anyone made the suggestion you would be closed.

I recommend that you and your staff and many customers contradict the wrong status suggestion by taping it on Mobile and then tap on "place is open"

As I did it too btw
