SO duplicate I can't tell which one to delete

Sharp Refinishing looks exactly the same to me, but I only want to keep the one with the debbie@sharprefinishing.com email address.  The other one I created has a gmail address and is older, so it has all the pictures and stuff I want in it.  The two are showing up as duplicates and I want to delete the gmail one, but when they are side by side as cards, I can't tell them apart because there is no email address associated with either of them there.

Hi Debbie,

I suspect the 'debbie@sharprefinishing.com' account isn't published yet, they should appear differently in your dashboard because of that. I was only able to find one business listing, and it was the gmail listing. Rather than create a new listing, you should just transfer the ownership of the old listing to the account you want it under. You can follow these instructions to make that happen. Creating a new account and deleting the old just to transfer the email like this is a good way to end up with problems. Let me know if you get stuck and need some help.

Thanks. Having trouble. When I'm logged in with gmail address and
select the unpublished business, there us no "manage user" option, only
"Users", and now there is an error message that says my page is
disabled. Anyway, when I click on "users", a dialogue box called Manage
Permissions comes up. The other business for Sharp Refinishing does not
come up for me to be able to choose it.

In addition to that, when I am logged into sharprefinishing, both "cards" show up as shown below,

but when I click on "Manage" on the one on the left, all I get is Import Locations:

The unpublished business can just be deleted from your dashboard. Once business profiles are published it gets more convoluted (deleting from your dashboard just unverifies the listing, it doesn't remove it) but you can safely delete it.

When you go into a location and click users, there's a window that'll pop up:
add users.JPG

If that little 'invite managers' button isn't there, then you're not on an account that has admin permissions for that location. "Manage Users' might have been changed recently to users, the users tab should still give you everything you need. If the other business doesn't appear, it's because that business is managed by a different account. Sounds like you need to figure out which businesses are in which account.

Here's your steps:
which account has ownership of which listing?

for the 'real' listing - transfer ownership to the account you want it to be under, presumably your @domain.com email.

for the 'fake' duplicate listing you accidentally created - since it's not actually live, you can safely delete it as long as you're in the account that owns the listing. You can do that by clicking on 'manage location', clicking the big 'edit' button to change the location information, then clicking 'close or remove this listing'. Hope that helps. The pictures you posted don't appear for me, if you'd like me to look at that part of your question, would you mind posting those pictures again?

When I am logged into *debbiesharp54@gmail.com*, Sharp Refinishing shows
up like this:
https://business.google.com/b/110368602876689825775/dashboard/l/14623910003230954713?hl=en

When I am logged into *debbie@sharpr**efinishing**.com*, Sharp
Refinishing shows up like this:
https://business.google.com/manage/?hl=en&ppsrc=GPDA2&gmbsrc=us-en-z-z-z-gmb-l-z-l~mhp-rds_bot-u&utm...

When I click on ANYTHING in that box, I get this:
https://business.google.com/manage/?hl=en&ppsrc=GPDA2&gmbsrc=us-en-z-z-z-gmb-l-z-l~mhp-rds_bot-u&utm...

I don't know who has ownership of which listing anymore. What I DO know
is that I want the debbie@sharprefinishing to have ownership of Sharp
Refinishing, but I DO use gmail for lots of other personal stuff, so I'm
afraid to delete that account. I just want debbie@sharprefinishing to
have ownership of all things Sharp Refinishing web-wide. Please help if
you can - thanks for your time already!!!!

Hi Debbie,

I'm sorry this is taking so much back and forth. I'm calling in a little help to see if we can figure out why you're getting that import locations dialogue there, I'll let you know what I find out.
