SERP and (too) young Google Business page

Hi,

My site's position in the SERP is much better than my compititor's for the query [some keywords]

but

My compititor's position (1rst) in the SERP is better than mine (2nd)  for the query [some keywords my-village] ... and he lives 40 km away from my village. Isn't this crazy ?

... but he's been having a Google Business page for a long time (located in his village, 40 km away).

I built mine only 3 weeks ago.

Can I hope to see the situation evolving soon ?

Thanks for any advice.

@Nicolas G

we don't like to answer on a speculative base.

Would you mind providing your Buisness details please?

Best  would be the G+ page URL - allternatively a link to it or name, address, phone and website.

Hi Helmut, thanks for your answer.
Of course, I wanted to make it short and easy to read, but here are the details :
My customer's site :
osteoanimaux.com
The search query :
ostéopathe canin seignosse
Competitor's url :
hydrodoghouse.com
Google+ page
https://plus.google.com/b/100178894151398471543/+Osteoanimaux
Just let me know if there is anyrhing missing,
Thanks
Nicolas

Hi

Question:

The business on the website, looks to be called : Osteoanimaux

So why have you called the business page :  Claire Marcombes

Just wondering ? >> it should be consistent

Next:

There is no mention of  the business anywhere online :  "Claire Marcombes" AND "avenue de 1 Avenue de Laubian 40510 Seignosse"

This is the exact address on your business page.

I found this strange, so looking at your address listed on website, it looks different :  1 Avenue de Laubian 40510 Seignosse

So if i do the query search again ... voila  >> "Claire Marcombes" AND "1 Avenue de Laubian 40510 Seignosse"

There are some mentiones of the business online.

So i think you should correct your address on the business page  ???  which is correct.

Also the map PIN marker looks incorrect for the address, I would correct that also

I'm pretty surprised and like to share my surprise with you and my fellows TCs:

Please click both following URLs
- plus.google.com/+Osteoanimaux/about?hl=en

- plus.google.com/+Osteoanimaux/about?hl=fr

Do you see the huge difference in naming the page?

The other bad thing is the address:

I see it on your G+ page as "avenue de 1 Avenue de Laubian"

But there is in your city a street Avenue de Laubian only

It seems you or others created this mess through MapMaker (a link: Claire Marcombes)

And here the two messy points in a screenshot:

Thanks Helmut,
"avenue de 1 Avenue de Laubian" is clearly an error. It is simply "1 Avenue de Laubian"
If i try to change it , the change is ignored and the "avenue de" is added every time :

And for the difference between French and English, I don't know how to correct that ...
Thanks

Thanks for your time Tim,
I called the Business page "Claire Marcombes - osteoanimaux.com".
I would like to follow your advice and change it to osteoanimaux only but it is locked (in the manage page admin).
As I said to helmut "avenue de 1 Avenue de Laubian" is clearly an error. It is simply "1 Avenue de Laubian"
If i try to change it , the change is ignored and the "avenue de" is added every time :

Thanks

for a special reason I wold not immendiately chnage the name as Tim recommended (despite of recommendign it reasonable, TIM)

The mess is in MapMaker (see my posted link link: Claire Marcombes)
There are both names and the messy street address specified.

Since it isn't possibke to specify two names through GoogleMyBusiness I'm sure the mess was created by anyone in MapMaker  link: Claire Marcombes

It have to be solved there.

Yes, I understand.
I forgot to mention that I did the change in MapMaker right after reading your advice. It is now pending.
I guess it is going to take a while before it is reviewed.
Thanks
