I have 11 reviews on my google business listing.  10 are for 5 stars and 1 is for 2 stars.  Regardless, when you google my business name it says that my rating is 4.0, which is just bad math.  How do I get the math correct on the mean of my ratings?

not sure you know the Bayesian statistics as Google is using for the reveiw score.

The nowhere tell a user they would use the normal "arithmetic average"

Nevertheless please include the following with your question to have a closer look:
1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Current telephone number
4. Google+ or GoogleMyBusiness URL

I understand they do not use a true arithmetic average, though I don't think I've ever seen anyone properly explain what it is, and I can't understand any system whereby 10 five stars and 1 two stars is represented as four stars.  We have 29 reviews on Facebook:  28 for 5 stars and 1 for 3 stars.  We also have good ratings on yelp.
