My company's Google+ has 5 reviews and all are 5 stars but it shows up on Google as a 4.7 rating. How come? How can I see why it is showing only a 4.7 rating when they all gave us a 5 star rating? Thank you.

Hi @Cohen and Company A

Google does not use a basic average calculation, they use something like the  Bayesian average.

In a nut shell this also incorporates customer sentiment and trust, what this means is that your average will increase over time / trust. ( Assuming you never got another review )
