Reviews - Fake & Bad - How to remove?

Is there a way I can edit my reviews so that I can show the good ones instead of the fake bad ones?  There is another store that views mine as a competitor and he has given a bad review.  I know this because he told me.  What can I do?

Hi @Laura F

You can flag the review ( if using old classic dashboard / not the new one )

In the about page, scroll down to the review and flag it.

Hi can you help me a little bit more understand what you are saying here. I had someone leave a bad, fake review. It has nothing to do with my business. And from someone that doesn't work for me or never been to my salon.

What happens after you flag it? I too am receiving an issue with my ex-employee and his friends leaving terrible reviews about my business that aren't true? I even considered getting a lawyer if this slander continues?? Help!?
