Review notifications and responses

Hello.

 

I am listed as the "owner" of our Google Business page and receive notifications for reviews our business has received.

 

I would like to change that and have review notifications (and the ability to respond) sent to our Manager.  I've made him an "owner" within permissions but can't seem to get any notifications to him - they still all come to me.

 

Any ideas folks?

To manage the Google My Business notifications you receive via email:

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. Go to https://business.google.com/settings.
  3. Check the box for each kind of notification that you want to receive.

 

Or

 

You can forward your messages to another address. If you only want to forward certain kinds of messages to another account, create a filter for these messages.

i think the point I'm making is whether you can send the reviews notifications to multiple people - or opt out and have them sent to someone else. 

 

Are re you saying you can't and the only way is to create a filter that auto forwards onto others?
