Review Notification Emails not going to specified email address
I have a business page for which I want notifications to go to another colleague when we get a review. Under Settings, the "Notification Delivery" email is correctly set to the other email address and under Google My Business Notifications "Writes a review about your business on Google" the Email box is checked. But I'm still only receiving review notifications to my own email address - my colleague is not getting them.
She is set up as a manager (I am the owner). I've seen on other posts to this forum that say only the owner gets the review notifications, but then what is the point of the "Notification Delivery" email setting if they're just going to go to the page owner anyway?
