We received a review from a guest, who seems to have mistakenly reviewed the concert he went to rather than his stay at our Bed and Breakfast! Is there any way to address this?

You can flag the review as inappropriate (details here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/4596773?hl=en) but you can also reply to teh reviewer with a suggestion that he may have reviewed the wrong place.
