Reopen a Business- for a client[ Edited ]

I work for an ad agency, but one of my client's locations has been marked as permanently closed when it is actually not. I have requested ownership of the google business, but my client cannot remember what email address it was connected to in order to allow me access. What is the best way to go about it? I have requested an edit multiple times a day for the past three days since this issue needs to be resolved very soon. Is there another way to go around their email and change the status of the business? Thanks.
